not a happy camper
We all have experienced our kids’ meltdowns. Kids can say the funniest things during these trying times. For me, it can be tough not to laugh at some of the things that comes out of my son’s mouth. Here are some of the rants from my boy. Sometimes, humor is the best way to get through the day.
It has been a joy having you join our family. I look forward to watching you grow every year. You are a blessing to me and the rest of our family.
The nickname you earned yourself your first year of life was “Smily Joe” because you are such a smily baby. You always know how to make everyone smile and laugh. I Love you son.

On Saturday I attended my church’s annual Women’s Tea where I shared a devotional with the ladies. Immediately after speaking, a point I briefly covered resonated in my mind.. the example we set for our children during these trying times. I would like to expand on that thought now.

Ok today I wanted to do things a little differently letting the pictures do most of the talking. Have a laugh and enjoy.
Lined up for play time
Every kid has their own way of expressing and communicating what they want and inevitably demand their need to be met without waver. Though my son is laid back and down to earth, heaven forbid I don’t do exactly as he directs when we are playing cars. Come, be amused…or reminded of your own experience when playing with your kid.
